    Junior Player’s beld test has completed of IKO Kyokushinkai Karate Dojo Nakhipot


    Lalitpur/ 7 september, Junior Player’s beld test has completed of IKO Kyokushinkai Karate Dojo Nakhipot. The belt test of 50 junior players, who are training regularly in Dojo has been completed.
    Chief trainer Samir Shrestha has informed that the belt test of 50 junior players of IKO Kyokushinkai Karate Dojo was successfully completed on Saturday.
    In the belt test held on Friday, the head coach Sensei Samir Shrestha, the coach Sensei Uttam Sthapit, the assistant coaches Amit Ghalan and Rohani Kasti took the test of the players.
    Chief Trainer Samir Shrestha said, “Among the participants in the belt test, 4 people have completed the Senior Green Belt, 9 Green Belt, 16 yellow and 21 Orange Belt”
    Sensei Deepak Lama, branch chief of IKO Kyokushinkai Nepal has said that through the belt test, the ability of the players will be identified and their playing ability will be enhanced.
    “Belt test identifies the ability of the players.  The ability to compete increases. They get information about the importance of the belt and their ability according to the belt.”  Lama said. Chief coach Sensei Samir Shrestha said that only the players who succeeded in being trained with hard work and discipline were promoted by taking the belt exam. “Only eligible athletes who have appeared for 60 days are allowed to participate in the belt Test. Those who have completed the written test, Wesik (Kihon) standards test, stepping, kata, kumite tests are allowed to participate in the belt Test. We didn’t get promoted without hard work,” Shrestha said.
    Dojo’s chief trainer Shrestha informed that the belt test is conducted every three to four months.  In the belt test which lasted for two days, the players followed all the rules of the game with full discipline and passed the belt test.
    Before this, the Belt test of 66 people was completed on  June 8 and 9. IKO Kyokushinkai Karate Dojo, which is affiliated with the International Karate Organization Kyokushinkai in the Sweden city of Hanbu, has been organizing annual programs every year.

    The coach of Dojo, Sensei Uttam Sthapit, informed that the players who are training in dojo have been arranging the environment to display their sports talentship.
    He said that Dojo is active in increasing the knowledge, skill and efficiency of the players by providing opportunities to compete in national and international competitions organized by other organizations.
